You have questions. We have answers.
Short answers about GitHub signals, platform drafts, product context, and what TryLaunchLoop is not trying to replace.
What makes TryLaunchLoop different from Buffer, Hootsuite, Postiz, or Post Bridge?
- Posts that sound like you. Create posts about what matters to you. TryLaunchLoop uses your product context, past posts, and writing rules to learn your voice and create drafts that feel like yours.
- A calendar that feels familiar. Plan your posts like you plan events in Google Calendar. Drag posts to a new time, choose what goes to each channel, and manage it all in one place.
- A small team that moves fast. We’re a scrappy team of two. Your feedback reaches the people building the product, so we can turn bug reports and feature requests into improvements quickly.
- Built in public, with you. Join our live chat and talk directly with us while we build. We’re on stream Monday–Friday, 5–8 AM Eastern. Bring a question, an idea, or just say hello.
- Hands-on help getting started. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll help set up your account live on stream or walk through it together on a call.
How does LaunchLoop learn about my product?
Connect the places where your product already lives, including your website, GitHub, and past posts. LaunchLoop uses that context to understand what you are building and how you naturally talk about it.
Can I edit posts before they go live?
Yes. Every generated post lands in Unscheduled on your Schedule for review. You can edit the copy and media, approve or reject it, and decide when it should be scheduled.
Where can LaunchLoop publish?
LaunchLoop creates independent, channel-specific posts for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky. Instagram drafts remain available, but Instagram connection and automatic publishing are temporarily unavailable while Meta reviews LaunchLoop.
How do credits work?
Credits are LaunchLoop's universal currency across every platform. Free accounts receive 30 starter credits once, while Launch Access is $10/month or $96/year and includes 30 monthly credits. Paid monthly credits reset each calendar month and do not roll over; starter credits never refresh; purchased top-up credits never expire. AI costs can vary by platform and media, and only successfully completed actions are charged. Manual posts, edits, scheduling, publishing, retries, and failed generations do not use credits.
How is this different from a social media scheduler?
A scheduler distributes content you already wrote. LaunchLoop starts earlier: it learns your product and voice, creates the posts, keeps them organized for review, and then handles the schedule.
Who are the Founding 50?
The Founding 50 are the first 50 paying customers outside the founding team. They supported us early, receive a numbered place in this list, and get direct cell phone support from the founders while subscribed.
