Billing and credits now belong to your organization

Postede subscriptions and credits now live alongside your organization’s projects. Here’s how to find your plan, balance, and invoices.

One balance for each organization

We’ve moved Postede subscriptions and credits from individual accounts to organizations. Each organization has a shared credit balance and can have its own subscription. If you own multiple organizations, their plans and balances are separate.

Organization owners can manage billing and view invoices. Teammates use the organization’s credits through the projects they already have access to.

Where your existing credits went

We transferred existing balances to organizations and carried over their expiration rules. Existing subscriptions carry over on their current terms.

If you have an unopened credit gift, open its original notification when you’re ready. The credits will go to the organization assigned to that gift.

Moving a project between organizations

To move a project between organizations you own, open Project Settings → Transfer or use the project’s three-dot menu on View all projects.

After the move, the project uses the destination organization’s credits for future work. Subscriptions, balances, and past charges stay with their original organizations. Review the transfer details and reconnect publishing accounts before resuming automation.

Check your plan and credits

Select your organization and open Billing from its menu to check your plan and credits. If you have a question or something looks off, email us at hello@postede.com.
